Safetyflex Barriers were commissioned to design a new type of crash fence that needed to be surface mounted and installed within a matter of hours. It was required to be crash tested to IWA-14 standard with a 7.2 tonne truck travelling at 30mph/48kph at a 90 degree attack angle into the fence line.

Springline 30 Surface Mount crash fence is the only system on the market to date that has been designed to stop an attack from both sides. Springline 30 Surface Mount fence is ideal for permanent or temporary solutions. It is designed for rapid deployment for public realm projects, such as football stadiums & Christmas markets.
